Come and join us at “The Sheppey” on Bank holiday Monday 2nd May for the long-awaited return of the Godney Duck race.
This is a fundraising event for the Godney playing field Trust, to re site and improve the play equipment.
The weather is set fair so come and join us from 12 till 4pm;
• Midday; Bar opens
• Light Food (Jacket and Chilli) from 1pm
• 1st Race 1.30 pm
• 2nd Race 2.30pm
Buy your ducks £3.00 each from “The Sheppey” all funds raised from the race will go to the playing field.
1st prize for the winning duck £25.00 !
