The Role

Working as General Manager for this restaurant operation, you will be responsible for the delivery and performance of all areas of the business. With a large team reporting in, the General Manager will ensure service standards and customer satisfaction is maximised through creating a culture of excellence, leading from the front and really being the face of this business.

Although this is a branded business, General Managers are expected to take ownership of their sites and are able to impact all areas of performance as well as further developing the restaurant.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role we are looking for experienced General Mangers who come with a solid background in quality and volume. Candidates with experience within the branded or independent sectors will be considered but a high degree of business acumen and leadership are required.
