We smoke our salmon to perfection and then cover it in our own blend of pastrami rub of 12 different spices and herbs to create a wonderfully rich and spicey pastrami edge to the delicately soft and smokey salmon. we garnish the dish with beetroot pickled quail eggs, crispy lotus root, parsley & lemon mayo.
